Abstain from solid food until Monday morning or afternoon. At the end of the year you will have cleansed for 24 days.

A seasonal cleanse can be done with the change of seasons. Try and cleanse for seven days 2 to 4 times a year. Have blended soups (see recipe section) vegetable juice, herb tea and water. At the end of the year you will have cleansed for 14 to 28 days.

When the intestines are cleansed regularly the tissues are enlivened and better able to re-build. Cleansing assists the body in creating healthy cells that are ready to absorb needed nutrients and eliminate waste.
